All products sold is made to order, hence we do not accept return or exchange any product(s) ordered from this site.

POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS

In the circumstance that final product(s) you received is defective / incorrect, within SEVEN (7) calendar day of receiving the product(s), you may request for replacement or refund by sending photo(s) with your reasons.

HOW DO I NOTIFY YOU

You should email us at order@emico.com.my to notify us of your defective goods with photo(s) and order number. Alternatively, please contact our customer service on +604-6448202 during office hours (Mon – Fri 9am to 6pm, exclude Public Holiday).
