CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

As the products are made to order, you may only request to cancel the order within 24 hours AND before the goods are being produced. We do not accept return or exchange of any product(s) after the order is delivered. Once your cancellation is accepted, you shall be refunded the amount directly to your bank account via bank transfer.

POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS

In the circumstance that the final product(s) you received is defective/incorrect, within SEVEN (7) calendar days of receiving the product(s), you may request for replacement or refund by sending photo(s) with your reasons.

HOW DO I NOTIFY YOU

You should email us at order@emico.com.my to notify us of your defective goods with photo(s) and order number. Alternatively, please contact our customer service on +604-6448202 during office hours (Mon – Fri 9 am to 6 pm, exclude Public Holiday).
